• Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, faucets, toilets, and piping systems.
• Diagnose plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs, and drainage problems and offer effective repair solutions.
• Provide sewer services, water heater repair, and backflow prevention services in residential settings.
• Deliver high-quality customer service by clearly communicating with clients, explaining issues, and providing accurate pricing estimates.
• Ensure that all work complies with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Perform emergency plumbing services as needed, responding promptly to urgent calls.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in training apprentices as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on each job site.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a residential plumber.
• Knowledge of residential plumbing systems, including water heaters, sewer lines, and backflow prevention systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with a focus on delivering effective and timely solutions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both with homeowners and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work in various weather conditions, and handle emergency calls.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
