Job Title: Senior Skilled Trades Recruiter

We are partnered with an outstanding boutique staffing firm based in Texas with locations across the state, specializing in placing skilled trades professionals across industries. They currently have an abundance of open reqs and urgently need a senior skilled trades recruiter to join their expanding team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for skilled trades roles (electricians, welders, HVAC techs, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking).
• Screen, evaluate, and place candidates while negotiating offers and start dates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions.
• Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team development.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of skilled trades recruitment experience in staffing or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of the skilled trades industry, certifications, and market trends.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
