Job Description :
The Skills Coach Leader is responsible for providing direct administrative supervision of all home-based staff, monitoring outcomes, expanding services and developing new markets within the assigned county.Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Hire, on-board, and mentor Skills Coaches to develop confidently and competently as clinicians
  • 32+ hours spent in the community with staff per week
  • Responsible for retention of direct reports
  • Responsible for teaching skills necessary for Skills Coaches to meet their service hour requirements
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree is required
  • Training/Education: Prefer at lest three (3) years in working with adolescents and their families
  • Must have a valid driver's licensed and proof of financial responsibility (insurance)
