Your Primary Responsibilities: You will be responsible for helping onboard newly diagnosed sleep apnea patients into Aeroflow Sleep by:
  • Being available for inbound calls. The content of phone calls consists of helping patients understand the process of obtaining a new CPAP machine, reviewing insurance requirements and billing, and basic equipment troubleshooting.You must be comfortable communicating with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies.
  • Assisting patients by answering their emails directly
  • Managing emails sent internally regarding patients on the log
  • Maintaining a sales log and keeping follow up dates up-to-date
  • Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure insurance guidelines are met
  • Verifying eligibility through insurance and obtaining prior authorizations
  • Managing communication with outside sales representatives including addressing escalations and responding to OSR inquiries in a timely manner
  • Scheduling patients for CPAP delivery and setup
  • Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality.
  • Employee has an individual responsibility for knowledge of and compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Compliance is a condition of employment and is considered an element of job performance.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ year experience in a customer service related field
  • 1+ year experience in a healthcare related position
