Job Description: Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join a team of three experienced doctors and 15 support staff members at a well-established animal hospital. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment, providing services such as cold laser therapy and ultrasound. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sense of humour, and a passion for maintaining a high standard of care while handling a steady patient load. The hospital is located in Berlin, Maryland, offering access to beautiful beaches, outdoor activities, and a diverse, family-friendly community. Full-time doctors work four days per week, with rotating Saturdays. In this position, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver top-notch veterinary care, including preventive services, diagnostics, and surgeries for small animals.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships through compassionate care and thorough client education.
• Work closely with an experienced and supportive veterinary team to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
• Ensure accurate medical records are maintained and hospital protocols are consistently followed.
