Understand sales goals, plan daily/weekly workload with guidance from leader, and execute the same to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement, including: planning merchandising, pricing workload, transitions, revisions, sales plans and promotions. Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience. Model, train and coach team members expectations to deliver the service standard. Enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is in stock, available, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor.
