We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Small Part Assembly Technicians. In this role, you'll be working in a clean laboratory environment to assemble highly delicate components used in the medical industry. The Small Part Assembly Technician role requires a high degree of precision and focus, as you'll work under a microscope for the entire shift to ensure accuracy and quality. This is an entry-level position, and we welcome candidates without previous experience; however, exceptional attention to detail and a steady hand are essential. Positions here involve thorough inspection of very small parts after they are produced with the use of scopes or other magnifying instrumentation. Parts may need to be trimmed or deflashed. Once products are trimmed and inspected, they should be sprayed, soaked, and wiped down to ensure they are sanitized, then packaged into bags which are heat sealed and labelled to prepare them for shipment. This is a 2nd shift position (3:00pm-1:15am Monday-Friday) and a temp-hire opportunity once a reliable attendance record and work ethic have been established. This is a very clean environment, so candidates with previous experience working in a clean room are preferred, but not required. Must have previous experience with small part handling. *Candidates must successfully complete a criminal background check, vision test (color identification) and urine drug screen (NO THC PERMITTED) prior to being sleected. - Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with lab standards.
- Inspect parts during and after assembly to ensure adherence to quality standards.

- Ability to work comfortably under a microscope for extended periods (microscope work may cause discomfort in some individuals).
- Excellent manual dexterity to handle small components with care.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
