Oneida ESC Group, Mission Support Services (MS2) has an immediate opening for a/an Small Projects Project Manager and working Superintendent at Green Bay, WI.Compensation Range: $70,000 to $80,000Key Responsibilities:
- Site visit and generate the estimate and proposal.
- Working with subcontractors and assembling pricing.
- Managing and executing the work for the small projects.
- On small projects, perform the carpentry services needed.
- Monitor quality of the construction project.
- Generate daily reports of construction activities
- Generate weekly schedules of construction activities
- Photo document project progress
- Work with Sr. PM on project paperwork such as invoices and reports.
- Arrange for material delivery of small projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience with commercial and residential construction.
- Valid driver's license
- Computer skills to utilize Microsoft programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 training
- Fire Aid/CPR training
