This position is a great fit for an NCO E-4 to E-6, Maintenance Technician from any service branch with mechanical, inspection, or quality assurance experience and light electrical. Leverage these skills with dedication and work ethic to quickly get up to speed in conducting smart-building system inspections in region. This position works autonomously on construction projects and travels from home office to site in designated region. Travel is typically a one-day out and back; business conditions may require extended travel but home nightly is typical. Some mornings will start at a regional office to pick up supplies or attend training. Must be comfortable climbing ladders, scaffolding and using high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings and carrying 40 pounds of tools.
