Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Specialist with specialized expertise in Smartsheet to join our team here at CORTAC Group.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of Smartsheet solutions within our organization and for our clients. Your role will be instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and driving operational excellence through the effective utilization of Smartsheet.
Responsibilities:
Deployment Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and develop comprehensive deployment plans for Smartsheet implementation.Configuration and Customization: Customize Smartsheet features and functionalities to align with organizational requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows.Training and Onboarding: Provide tailored training sessions and onboarding support to users at all levels, empowering them to leverage Smartsheet effectively for their specific roles and responsibilities.Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation using Smartsheet capabilities.Solution Design: Design and implement Smartsheet solutions, including templates, dashboards, and reports, to facilitate efficient project management, task tracking, and collaboration across teams.Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data within Smartsheet environments.Documentation and Best Practices: Develop documentation, guidelines, and best practices for Smartsheet usage, maintaining a knowledge base to support ongoing training and adoption efforts.Technical Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and providing technical support related to Smartsheet implementation and usage.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Smartsheet features, updates, and industry best practices, proactively identifying opportunities for enhancements and optimization within our organization.Requirements:
- Proven experience (3-8 years) in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Smartsheet solutions within a corporate environment or similar setting.
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet functionalities, including but not limited to formulas, conditional formatting, automation, and integration with other tools and systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex workflows and translate business requirements into actionable Smartsheet solutions.
- Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships and driving consensus on Smartsheet implementation strategies and objectives.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adjusting implementation plans as needed to meet evolving business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Smartsheet Certifications: Aligned Solutions Professional Training, Aligned Solution Consultant Training, Aligned Solution Architect Training.
