Co. is seeking a Smokehouse Machine Operator for our fully cooked chicken sausage manufacturing operation in Cohoes, NYRequirements include but are not limited to:

• Rolling large carts of hanging sausages (weighing ~500 lbs) into and out of our Kitchen & Processing Areas
• Tracking and recording oven cook times and temperatures
• Tracking and recording chill down time and temperatures
• Rotating racks of product efficiently to keep pace with our assembly and production lines
• Coordinating with the room supervisor on the schedule for the day
• Cleaning and inspecting the Kitchen and Smokehouse areas before and after daily production
• Ability to work in both hot and cold conditions
• Ability to fill in other key positions (such as spice blending) as needed

Rate: $22/hour going to $23/hr after 90 days (probationary period).Plus an additional $1 shift differential for Saturday work!Benefits: Paid time off, medical & dental insurance and Simple IRA match are availableHours: 6am-4pm plus mandatory overtime as the daily schedule requires. Must be able to work a Saturday shift.NOTE: We have a no facial hair policy and no jewelry policy for all production and warehouse positions
