Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an SMT (Surface Mount Technology) Operator at Radel's facility in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The SMT Operator is responsible for the effective operation of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machinery and equipment, including pick and place machines, reel feeders, automated optical inspection (AOI), solder paste inspection (SPI), reflow ovens, and associated processes involved in the assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs). This role is critical in ensuring the quality and efficiency of PCB production, from loading and unloading of components and assembled PCBs to overseeing automated conformal coating and conducting manual inspections in accordance with IPC standards.
