SnowSports Support Staff ages 14+ - New Hire - CM Resort, LLC : Job Details

We are searching for friendly, new faces to join our SnowSports School (SSS) Support Staff team for the coming winter season. We hire for attitude, and we'll train you on all the rest! It's all about quality and providing an amazing experience for our guest by inspiring them to return again and again. Being adaptable, and having a willingness to learn, grow, and improve are just some of the qualities we are looking for. If you have an outgoing and friendly demeanor, like working with children, and are available to work weekends and holiday periods, this position may be the perfect fit for you. As a member of the SSS Support Staff team you may be asked to participate in a variety of tasks that help keep our operation running smoothly. During peak times, we will need help greeting and directing guests, assisting with ski/snowboard rentals, snack breaks, setting up or tearing down props, flags, Terrain Based learning zones, shuttling kids from Beginner Basin to the Children's Center, and back, or just being an extra set of hands. While this position does not require you to be on skis, it does require both indoor and outdoor work. Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding, and our resort is very helpful.We take pride in our SnowSports programs, and our resort!
