We're seeking a Social Media Account Coordinator to join our fast-growing team. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, strategy-driven, and thrive in a multitasking environment, we want to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Social Media Account Coordinator, you'll play a key role in developing and executing social media strategies that elevate our clients' brands. From writing editorial content to managing multi-platform campaigns, you'll need to bring creativity, focus, and enthusiasm to the table every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor client social media platforms, including Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more.
  • Develop, produce, and schedule engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Collaborate with account managers to communicate with clients, meet ongoing client needs, deliver results, and report on efforts.
  • Contribute to social media strategies by providing insights and fresh ideas.
  • Assist in implementing campaigns across various platforms including email, and paid ad campaigns, and ensuring goals are met.
  • Create digital media assets, including graphics, audio, and video edits.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reporting on key accounts.

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media tools and reporting platforms.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms.
  • Proficiency in photo, video, and audio editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-client environment across multiple time zones.

Bonus Points

  • Spanish-language proficiency.
  • Experience working in legal and financial industries
