Job Summary:

The Clios is looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Producer. This role requires a confident individual who can ideate, produce, and edit engaging content that aligns with the Clios brand. You'll be responsible for crafting original social media content that resonates with our global audience, stays on-trend, and drives engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Ideation: Identify content opportunities and develop creative concepts that align with the Clio's brand. Determine the emphasis, length, and format of stories, ensuring they are engaging and relevant.

  • Script/Copywriting: Write creative scripts and copy that capture the audience's attention and drive engagement across social media platforms.

  • Content Production:
  • Shoot and edit social media content, including short and long-form videos, using a smartphone or professional equipment.
  • Develop and produce content that is original, on-brand, and tailored to each social media platform.
  • Manage multiple content production projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and content quality is maintained.
  • Plan and execute logistics for covering small-to-large scale productions.

  • On-Camera Presence: Appear in videos, interviews, and other content formats when needed.

  • Video & Photo Editing:
  • Edit videos in various formats, including montages, highlight reels, interviews, and event coverage.
  • Select great photos and understand different ways to tell a story visually.
  • Utilize basic Adobe Premiere and Photoshop skills for content editing.

  • Content Strategy & Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them in content creation.
  • Act on emerging trends in a timely manner to keep the Clio's social media presence fresh and relevant.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a content creator or social media producer, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your content production skills.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging scripts and copy.
  • Experience with smartphone content capture and social-native editing tools like CapCut and Canva.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of social media trends and ability to act on them quickly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills for content production.
