Job Summary
The Social Media Content Specialist will play a key role in shaping the social media presence of the SERVPRO® brand. This role involves implementing and managing our social media content strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and promote our brand. Additionally, the specialist will assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements, todrive traffic and increase brand awareness.
You will
- Develop engaging, high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This may include graphics, videos, blog posts, and stories.
- Assist in creating and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business objectives and targets desired audience segments.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to gauge the effectiveness of content and campaigns. Prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, design, and other teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, including promotions and advertisements, to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
You have
- Proven experience, at least 2 years, in social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Sprout Canva).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Analytics).
- Knowledge of social best practices and an understanding of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design software
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
