ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Edward Martin is an online porcelain tile e-commerce platform that caters to a wide array of clients, including Architects, Interior Designers, Pool Designers, General Contractors, Tile Installers, and Homeowners with a keen interest in Interior Design and DIY Projects. Our goal is that each customer finds the perfect blend of high-end aesthetics and value in our extensive tile collection.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Content Planning:

  • Assist with the coordination and production of social content (IG Stories, IG Reels, TikTok, FB, Pinterest), maintaining elevated look/feel and voice of the brand across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain an Instagram content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and seasonal promotions.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to produce visually appealing and cohesive content, including posts, stories, and reels.

Strategy Development:

  • Stay up-to-date on new social platforms and tools; monitor competitors and other social media leaders for learnings, insights and best practices to remain a leader in skincare.
  • Create and implement social media strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness.

Community Management:

  • Oversee community engagement including responding to DM's, comments, and tagged photos on all social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster a sense of community and maintain a strong brand presence.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze Instagram metrics and performance data to inform content strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights to guide future content and strategy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management with a focus on Instagram.
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, planning, and analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, third-party platforms).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and a strong visual eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategy.
