The Refind, founded in 2019, is a premier location for indulging in the world of designer resale.

We take immense pride in our exquisite collection of women's designer clothing and accessories, carefully curated from some of the most coveted closets across the country. Though we are physically located in Seattle, Washington, we are known for our unique Live Shows (currently, we livestream approximately 30 hours per week) with an audience from around the world. In addition, thanks to our relationships with designers,, our audience gets the opportunity to hear directly from these industry icons during Lives.

We are hiring several additional team members; Sales Associates, Sales Manager, and Social Media Manager..

Social Media Manager

We seek an experienced Social media manager, reporting directly to the CEO/Founder, responsible for producing content for her social media - The Jeannine Edit. You will be responsible for identifying press and social opportunities to help build organic content. Your 3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager, combined with your knowledge and love of fashion, excellent copywriting and content management skills will help set you up for success in this role. You will also be collaborating with content developers, models, marketing, and sales. You will be responsible for supervising and creating original video and text content, engaging with our followers and managing posts to accelerate our success.

Deliverables you'll be measured on:
  • Curate creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
  • Perform research on the latest audience preferences and benchmark trends in the fashion industry
  • Design and implement social media strategy that aligns with our business goals
  • Define specific objectives and monitor ROI
  • Curate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
  • Monitor web traffic metrics and optimize for the same
  • Suggest new features to promote brand awareness
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and models to ensure brand consistency
  • Analyze key metrics using the latest management tools to boost sales

Experience you'll bring to the Team:
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a relevant field
  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a Social media manager
  • Proficiency in content management
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and keyword research
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
