Our client is a mid-sized commerical construction management firm in New Haven. The incoming Marketing specialist will lead all marketing and communications activities including social media content, website, marketing and customer presentation materials.
Responsibilities
- Create and post social media content to highlight and promote company activity.
- Define, create and publish website content.
- Design, create and publish company brochures, posters, billboards, etc.
- Monitor and ensure website is continuously updated and current.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
- Publish E-Newsletters to highlight company activity.
- Photograph Project images and publish as necessary.
- Create and customize RFP, RFQ and PowerPoint presentations as required.
- Participate in industry organization events when required.
- Create and publish Ad content for various outlets in the proper format.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related field with 1-2 years experience.
- Problem solving with attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a challenging environment with changing priorities.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external working relationships at all levels.
