Social Media Specialist

The VISTA member will lead social media marketing, research best practices for social media engagement, build capacity for increased social media, and develop a working relationship with local media and governmental agencies. This will contribute to the targeting of low-income individuals who may not be aware of all the resources available to them from the Taney County Fire District. Member Duties : Member Activity (07/02/2023 - 06/29/2024) Become familiar with the mission and operation of the Western Taney County Fire District Member Activity: (07/02/2023 - 06/29/2024) VISTA will receive job specific training for their tasks, such as training on the current systems used and the number of websites currently in place. Member Activity: (07/02/2023 - 06/29/2024) VISTA will meet with staff to understand the current state of social media Communications utilized by the Western Taney County Fire District. Member Activity: (07/02/2023 - 06/29/2024) VISTA will research new opportunities to spread awareness amongst the members of the community in which the Western Taney Fire District maintains a presence.
