So, what does a Silvi Materials Social Media Specialist do? You'll be an integral part of our marketing team:

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as relevant.
  • Manage day-to-day activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Produce high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency across all social media channels.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate trending topics into content strategies.

Community Engagement:

  • Foster meaningful connections and interactions with our audience through proactive engagement and dialogue.
  • Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely manner. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and provide regular reports.
  • Use insights to optimize strategies and content for better performance and ROI.
  • Prepare and present findings and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns.
  • Work with digital marketing team to integrate social media with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Social Media Trends and Tools:

  • Stay informed about new social media platforms, features, and best practices.
  • Explore and recommend new tools, applications, and strategies to improve social media presence and efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

  • Graduated or enrolled in a Bachelor's program preferably in the fields of Marketing or Business Administration, preferred.
  • Experience with social media engagement (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc. .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write/edit website copy and website blogs.
