As a Silvi Materials Social Media Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into the world of construction and learn about the worlds most used building materials while working alongside our impressive marketing team. So, what does a Silvi Materials Social Media Specialist do? You'll be an integral part of our marketing team:
Social Media Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content for multiple platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as relevant.
- Manage day-to-day activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
Content Creation and Management:
- Produce high-quality content (text, image, video) that aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather content and ensure consistency across all social media channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate trending topics into content strategies.
Community Engagement:
- Foster meaningful connections and interactions with our audience through proactive engagement and dialogue.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback, questions, and comments, and respond in a timely manner. Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and community participation.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversion) and provide regular reports.
- Use insights to optimize strategies and content for better performance and ROI.
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to improve social media effectiveness.
Campaign Management:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of social media advertising campaigns.
- Work with digital marketing team to integrate social media with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Social Media Trends and Tools:
- Stay informed about new social media platforms, features, and best practices.
- Explore and recommend new tools, applications, and strategies to improve social media presence and efficiency.
Qualifications Required:
- Graduated or enrolled in a Bachelor's program preferably in the fields of Marketing or Business Administration, preferred.
- Experience with social media engagement (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc. .
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to write/edit website copy and website blogs.
