Robert Half has a client seeking a Social Media & Digital Content Strategist with experience working in the gardening, outdoors, lifestyle, or related industries. This is a direct-hire position that requires working onsite in Warminster, PA 5x per week (Monday-Friday).
You will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that amplify the company's brand voice, engage with the online community, and promote the products through digital content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-quality, engaging content that resonates with target audience. This includes graphics, photos, videos, and written content, tailored to each social media platform.
- Monitor social media channels daily, respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and foster a positive, engaging community.
- Oversee social media campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring they align with brand values, seasonal themes, and product launches.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Use data to optimize strategies, identify trends, and improve future content and engagement tactics.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints and to support key product launches, promotions, and events.
- Keep up with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure the company remains innovative in its digital marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Sampling of work required and ROI's
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital content creation, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Insights, Sprout, Canva, etc.).
- Experience in social strategy planning and execution, including paid social media campaigns.
- Proven track record of building and growing engaged online communities.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
