Job Description & RequirementsPride Health is looking to hire Mental Health Clinician for one of our top client in New York.Mental Health Clinician – 13-Week Contract (High Possibility of Extension)Key Responsibilities:- Conduct mental health evaluations, crisis interventions, and assessments.- Determine and coordinate appropriate patient care plans.- Collaborate with Reentry Social Workers for discharge planning.- Lead group treatment sessions on mental health observation units.- Participate in clinical supervision, rounds, and case conferences.- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with facility protocols.Qualifications:- Education: Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.- Licensure: New York State License in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, orPsychology.- Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in assessment, treatment ofsevere mental illness, substance use disorders, and behavioral health.
