Are you the One? We are looking for a Social Worker I, who works under the general supervision of CLTC Area Administrator. Serves as Case Manager II. Assists in the implementation of a system of case management for Medicaid eligible applicants and enrolled participants. Assists other CLTC offices with essential job functions according to program needs. Trains workers and performs assigned quality assurance activities and compliance activities as directed. Travel to location of assigned cases necessary for this position. Maintains a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of CLTC and related systems: programs, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to waivers, Phoenix and Care Call.
