Qualified candidates for a Social Worker position will have:

• BSW or MSW preferred.
• Experience with residents who have dementia or other memory care issues.
• Ability to communicate well with the elderly.
• Knowledge of concerns and challenges specific to geriatric residents.
• Ability to engage families in the care planning process and assist them in developing skills for coping with the unique challenges associated with having a loved one with dementia.
