Social Worker - PRIDE Health : Job Details

Pride Health is hiring a Social worker to support our client's medical facility based in Tutwiler, Mississippi. This temporary opportunity is a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Responsibilities:

• Plan and provide clinical mental health services of a non-medical nature within the facility.
• Perform mental health screenings and assessments for inmates based on clinical interviews and record reviews.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to inmates' needs and functioning levels.
• Document all treatment and evaluation activities accurately in health care records while ensuring confidentiality.
• Deliver mental health services, including counseling, assessments, and crisis interventions, to address the psychological needs of inmates.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related clinical area from an accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of clinical experience, including two (2) years in a comparable position.
• Possession of appropriate LPC, LCSW, or LMFT certification or licensing in the state of practice.
• A valid driver's license.
• BLS (Basic Life Support)

Schedule: 5X8– Day– 09:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Pay Range: $53 - $55 / hour

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
