Job Description: CarDon & Associates is now seeking a Social Services/Life Enrichment Traveler, Must have a BSW or related degree. We offer daily and weekly pay options and great benefits. The Social Services/Life Enrichment Traveler provides medically-related social services to attain or maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. We are an Indiana-based and family-owned provider of senior living options and lifestyle support services, ranging from independent living and assisted living to skilled nursing and memory care. EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, CREDENTIALS: Indiana board certification in social work or a bachelor's degree in social work or a degree in a human service field of sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, psychology, or gerontology (plus one year experience). Must also have at least (1) year of experience in a health care setting working directly with individuals. RESPONSIBLE TO: Regional Social Services Director/Administrator
