We are currently looking to add a Software Developer to our IT department. Job Summary: Responsible for building, designing, and maintaining all business software applications. The Developer must understand customer requirements and how they translate to new application features. •Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree or higher in computer related field. •Two years of experience in a related field. •Ability to write and edit technical documentation. •Knowledgeable about Node JS development. •Knowledge of modern HTML/JavaScript/CSS. •Strong organizational skills. •Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. •Responsibilities: •Ability to communicate with customers; Understand client requirements and how they translate in application features. •Ensure the applications meets user expectations by ensuring that they run smoothly, offer easy access points with no issues and where applicable looks good. •Learn new software applications and adapt to automation systems •Tests and creates solutions for identifying problems, bugs, and inconsistencies. •Communicates with colleagues and managers daily. •Uses best practices when developing programs such as commenting, code cleanup, and testing. •Executes assignments with the use of software applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API's. •Develops and validates test routines to ensure the quality of the external and internal interface.
