Software Development Engineer - Aditi Consulting : Job Details

Payrate: $45 - $ 52/hr. Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement robotic applications and infrastructure.
• lead and support the design and development of services that assign work, maintain healthy charge levels and manage the storage of products within the robotics solution
• Influence the team's strategy and contribute to long-term vision and roadmap.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to iterate on design and implementation.
• collaborate with research scientists, applied scientists, data scientists, and cross-functional teams on cutting-edge automation solutions for the ever-growing robotic fleet.
• Maintain high standards by participating in reviews, designing for fault tolerance and operational excellence, and creating mechanisms for continuous improvement.
• Prototype and test concepts or features, both through simulation and emulators and with live robotic equipment
• Work directly with customers and partners to test prototypes and incorporate feedback
• Mentor other engineer team members

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Strong experience writing logical and maintainable code
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language. This team works in Java and Kotlin which can be learned on the job if you have strong experience with problem solving, Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Ability to work effectively in both backend and front end languages as needed (CSS, React, etc.)
• Strong background or familiarity with algorithms used to solve complex problems for highly scalable systems
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
