Your role contributes to building innovative products for our globally diverse customer base, that create a massive adoption a.k.a. disruption in the market.You will drive and build the products, bringing new innovations, better user experiences to increase operational efficiency. You will mentor colleagues for strong technology foundations and culture of delivery excellence.Success in this role requires passion for product innovation, technology, and customer focus.Key Responsibilities: Mobile and Microsoft Office software developmentDesign, develop and architect effective solutions to build robust software productsUse test driven development, build unit and integration tests for continuously testing the features developedBuild and leverage CI/CD pipeline to deliver the application artifactsWork with engineering leadership, product management and stakeholders to define the technical and business features/requirementsProvide production support once the product is deployed in production to help troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues identifiedParticipate in product design, technical design, and planning sessionsDevelop architecture diagrams, flow diagrams and other technical documentsHelp define and improve software development practicesBuild proof of concepts for evaluating various technology options and/or business featuresLead and mentor junior team membersSkills Required: 6+ years of .NET (C#) development experience4+ years of experience with mobile application development using React Native or Flutter/DartKnowledge of Mobile Device Management providers and the impact on mobile application development and deploymentExperience with agile engineering practices like TDD, CI/CD and Secure SDLCExperience working with various unit testing technologies like Cypress, Junit, Postman, JasmineExperience working with Agile methodologies and working in an agile fast-paced development environmentExperience building and using continuous build process using Jenkins, GitHub, or Jira similar toolsKnowledge of secure coding practicesNice to have: Strong demonstrated interest in global financial markets and financial productsPersonal skills we believe will bring success: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Entrepreneurial mindset to problem solving.Seeking feedback and continuously improving.About Us: We are a diverse group of visionary innovators who provide trading and workflow automation software, high-value analytics, and strategic consulting to corporations, central banks, financial institutions, and governments.
