About the Role We seek an ML/NLP engineer pivotal in crafting an elite AI travel management platform. Ideal candidates boast 7-10 years in Software Engineering, with at least 3 years specializing in NLP and chatbot development. • Proficient in ML fundamentals (NLP, LLMs, model training, GPT, embeddings)
• Experienced in architecting and constructing chatbots/NLP systems
• Familiar with LLMs via APIs (OpenAI, etc.) and deploying custom models

Responsibilities:

• Architect and design chatbots using transformer models for corporate travel
• Develop a hierarchical LLM orchestration layer
• Define Intents and maintain chat workflows
• Establish and manage travel chat conversation datasets
• Deploy general and fine-tuned models across cloud infrastructure
• Incorporate individual preferences into the system
