Software Engineer - EVONA : Job Details

You will act as the Head of Flight Software (flight software, GNC, embedded) development for one of LA's fastest-growing New-Space company's, helping redefine the Space economy.

This includes doubling of the team and hiring several other exceptional software engineers to report to you.

Head of Flight Software Engineer Responsibilities:

• Develop flight software for inflight computers and other critical spacecraft hardware.
• Collaborate with the Electrical and Hardware division to seamlessly integrate software solutions
• Configure RTOS, Microprocesses, and Linux Kernels/Drivers
• Design and execute full software test cases

Head of Flight Software Engineer Requirements:

• Experience coding in Embedded C++ and Linux environments (or relevant experience)
• Knowledge of hardware datasheets and schematics
• Tools: Git, Make, and GNU tools
• Related degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar disciplines
