We're assisting our employer in searching for an experienced Software Engineer role with a hybrid work model in Austin, Texas (78751). This position offers a flexible schedule, with four days remote and one day onsite (Tuesdays/8AM-5PM) at the Austin location. Position Overview:
This role involves working on innovative projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the development of cutting-edge Learning Management System (LMS) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to enhance processes and systems.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for improved developer productivity and code quality.
- Lead the development of automated workflows to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Test, debug, and improve system processes for accuracy and reliability.
- Mentor junior engineers and share technical expertise.
- Stay updated with advancements in LMS technology and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Software Engineer or in a related role.
- Hands-on experience with LMS development.
- Proficiency with Articulate and process automation concepts.
- Strong skills in workflow design, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
- Effective communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with WPF development, programming languages (C#, Java, Python), and UI frameworks (MAUI, WinUI, ReactJS).
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 methodology and adult learning theory.
