Software Engineer - Onsite in Sioux Falls, SD CAPITAL Services is looking for a Software Engineer to design and develop software solutions, while also providing leadership support for our Software Development team. Being on CAPITAL's Software Development team means being a strategic partner within the organization as well as a technical subject matter expert. We are looking for someone who enjoys creative problem solving, enhancing technologies, and providing mentorship to help develop those around you. You'll also get the opportunity to collaborate with a project team to deliver software solutions that best fit the needs of our customers and clients. As a Software Engineer your focus will be:

• Designing, coding, and implementing all levels of the software stack
• Providing leadership support for software application and web application development
• Overseeing software development team tasks while partnering with project teams
• Following established guidelines, procedures and release management protocols
• Advancing your skills through professional development
• Succeeding as an individual and with your team on projects

We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer with the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development
• Experience in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, ASP.Net, Progressive Web Applications, SQL
• Experience with low code and robotic process automation like OutSystems and UIPath
• Previous experience with leading software development architecture
• Accustomed to leading and managing the work for software development projects
• Experience with agile frameworks, preferably scrum
