We encourage professional development to ensure you bring innovative ideas to our products while satisfying your own intellectual curiosity.WHAT YOU'LL DOExtend our STP product coverage and optimize existing workflowsAssist traders with issues around the trade flow of listed macro products and OTC derivativesAssist with development of our Macro Trade Capture platform based on C#, React, and SQL Server, as well as planned OMS/EMS implementationsConfigure, manage, and provide level-2 support for our internal STP FIX infrastructure, which processes trades of all businesses of the firmHelp users learn how to use the tools built by the team in their daily work to drive efficienciesCollaborate with Technology and teams outside of Technology to deliver cross-departmental initiatives that support the firm's business prioritiesWHAT'S REQUIRED5+ years experience with C#, Java, SQL Server, React, and PythonPrior experience with STP process in a financial firmDeep understanding of and extensive hands-on experience with order management systems and integrations with external trading platformsFamiliarity with FIX protocol and FpML standardBasic understanding of financial markets and asset classes, including fixed income, FX, commodities, and derivativesAbility to work under time pressure in dynamic environment with constantly shifting prioritiesAttention to detail and excellent communication skillsCommitment to the highest ethical standardsWE TAKE CARE OF OUR PEOPLEWe invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being.
