Requires a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As Software Engineer for the Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) Integrated Mission Planning and Airspace Control Tools (IMPACT) program, you'll be a member of an Agile Development team responsible for developing capabilities for the future of Army Aviation Airspace and Mission Planning software. In this role, you will be able to ensure the delivery of a more feature-rich and capable solution for our warfighter.
We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences: Solid object-oriented programming and software design skills, Proficient in:in C++, C#, and .NET, WCF, and, REST web service developments knowledge such as REST APIs, gRPC, and WebSockets. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Redux are preferred.
