**Description**

**Summary**

Responsible for providing technical support for MS Dynamics to users, data integration, project management, configuration, database management, and developing, testing and troubleshooting systems.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Provide technical support by phone or email, providing timely resolution.

* Create and provide step-by-step training materials with screenshots and dialogues for users.

* Assist with testing, retaining testing documentation and notes..

* Maintain record of testing, noting item(s) tested, screenshots of test results and validation and proper determination of test results.

* Assist with preparation of data conversion documentation.

* Assist with the maintenance of the Project Data/update Repository, adding documents and sign-offs as required by the Project Plan

* Assist with the maintenance of Project Schedules and updates.

**Education and/or Experience**

Associate or Bachelor degree from two or four-year college or university in computer science, engineering or related field; 3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
