The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of software testing methodologies and will be capable of developing and executing both manual and automated tests. This role requires a well-rounded professional experienced with API, microservices, and UI testing, ensuring our software products meet our high-quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with technology teams to understand software functionalities and design comprehensive test strategies.
• Design and execute manual tests and automated scripts for both API and UI layers.
• Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for various software products.
• Analyze test results, track defects, and ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
• Develop detailed test plans and test cases for both new features and regression scenarios.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of testing are covered in the software development lifecycle.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to improve product quality and mitigate risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing with experience testing on both front-end and back-end components.
• Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, and SOAPUI.
• Experience with programming and scripting in languages like Java or Python.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and databases for backend testing.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with system integration testing, end-to-end testing, and regression testing.
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Certification in Quality Assurance or Test Engineering is a plus.

This range is estimated for this role and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
