**Job Title: Renewable Energy Civil Foreman**

**Job Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Renewable Energy Civil Foreman to join our team in the Abilene, TX area. This role involves overseeing crews on construction sites, particularly within utility-scale solar projects in West Texas. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and experience in civil construction. Per diem will be included.

**Responsibilities**

+ Outline and manage crews on construction sites.

+ Read, understand, and produce work from blueprints and drawings

+ Utilize Microsoft Office for project management and reporting.

+ Provide leadership and direction to operators and laborers.

+ Perform quality checks on construction equipment

+ Experience with shooting grade for drainage, erosion control, rut remediation

+ Communicate directly with superintendents and project managers regarding production schedules.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in construction and solar energy projects.

+ Ability to provide guidance and direction to operators and laborers.

**Work Environment**

The candidate will be working outdoors in West Texas, primarily on utility-scale solar projects. This role involves overseeing construction activities in varying weather conditions.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Contract position based out of Cisco, Texas.
