Solar Construction Project Manager - HR Consulting Solutions LLC : Job Details

Would you like to be a Solar Construction Project Manager for one of the fastest growing and most successful solar developers and renewables builders in the country? This role is pivotal in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our client's solar power installations from development to ongoing maintenance. You will collaborate with clients, management and peers to ensure the successful implementation and ongoing operation of the company's commercial solar projects.

Travel Requirements: Primarily working in New York State with 60% travel. Candidates will be required to live in the upstate New York area (i.e. Albany. Rochester, Ithaca, Syracuse).

Key Skills and Education:

• BS in construction management, engineering or related field with 3 years working in solar renewables, preferably in project management or procurement or
• An equivalent combination of related work experience and education.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification required.
• Experience with environmental permitting, licensing and compliance preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Proven knowledge of construction lifecycle.
• Have a thorough understanding of solar technology, system design, and performance analytics.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Smartsheet or MS Project, PVSYST software, SharePoint, etc.
• Ability to read & interpret technical drawings, instructions and maps.
