Key responsibilities include:
  • Overseeing all aspects of solar installation projects, from planning to execution and final inspection.
  • Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with company standards and OSHA regulations.
  • Training and mentoring team members, promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Managing materials and inventory, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available for each project.
  • Coordinating with other departments and stakeholders, including engineers, project managers, and clients.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the installation process.
  • Conducting quality control inspections to ensure all work meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on installation.
  • Proven experience as a foreman or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor team members.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on the job.
  • Ability to manage materials and inventory effectively.
