Solar Installer - Cherry Street Energy : Job Details

Job Summary: The Installer will support our renewable energy construction projects, including our generation systems' AC and DC components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for renewable energy. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
• Support resolutions of any issues or conflicts that arise during construction..
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities, labor, and materials used.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Experience with renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
