Solar Laborer Job Description You will be working on ground mounts installing racking and managing wiring for solar installations. This role involves general labor and the use of hand tools in a construction environment.
Responsibilities - Install racking systems for solar panels on ground mounts
- Manage wire setups for solar installations
- Perform general labor tasks as required
- Operate hand tools and socket wrenches
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Prior experience with solar installations is a plus but not required

Work Environment You will be working at agricultural farms for almonds on a solar site. The role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions. The schedule is 5 days a week, 8 hours a day starting at 7 AM. There may be some overtime, including Saturday work, and you must be comfortable with that.
