Description: Candidates will be helping to construct the electrical portion of a roof solar installation. Duties will include but not limited to installing panels, assembling racking, torqueing bolts/nuts/fixtures, wire management, string wire, inverter installation, trenching, conduit bending, material staging, and other labor duties. Project will last over one year and candidates must be able to work 40+ hours per week.
