This individual will play a critical role in understanding and advocating for unified talent management (included learning management), advanced learning experience platforms (LXP), talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations. - Act as the primary point of contact for multiple stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and internal teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within organizations.
- Effectively communicate and present complex solutions to diverse audiences, ensuring clear understanding and engagement.
- Demonstrate Cornerstone's product offerings, emphasizing their relevance to client needs.
- Mentor internal teams and individuals to enhance their understanding and capability in our solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and webinars for both internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFx processes by providing expert knowledge and insights.
- Support sales efforts by aligning solutions with client requirements and industry trends.
- Gain and maintain proficiency in LXP, talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within SaaS, HCM, and the broader talent management sector.
- Work closely with other Solution Consultants, Sales, and Management to share knowledge and improve team performance.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

- Native in Japanese and fluency in English is required
- a minimum of 8 years experience in engaging, influencing, and presenting to various stakeholders within an organization.
- Strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, advanced learning technologies, talent management solutions, AI, and integrations.
- Previous experience in SaaS, HCM, and the wider Talent Management industry is desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to business growth initiatives.
