We are looking for our first dedicated Service Titan Project Manager/Solutions Architect leading the strategic direction for our Enterprise tenant configuration and evolution of the Service Titan Center of Excellence. This person will help manage our growing network by serving as an internal consultant integrating new and existing partner Service Titan instances, upgrading our Best Practices playbook and leading a team of ST Implementation professionals. A successful Service Titan PM will look for continuous opportunities for improvement and proactively seek out value adding innovative technologies. This person will craft the implementation plans and timeline, ensuring execution and quality to exceed the expectations of our Partners and leaders. The ST PM will be skilled at managing and deepening the vendor partnership in alignment with Apex business strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as an internal consultant to ST projects for complex solution design, assisting project leads with requirements analysis and development of ST configurations that meet Partners needs
- Participates in and/or leads testing and training of complex solutions as part of project execution, particularly around new ST release schedules
- Provides quality assurance over in-flight projects, ensuring ST Implementation Leads are aligning to model tenant standards and executing the project management methodology consistently
- Understands the ST product roadmap and develops deep relationships with ST resources, working with the vendor to resolve complex challenges affecting the Apex environment
- Identifies innovative technologies that could add value to Apex, develops the business case for adoption, and works with leadership to create implementation roadmaps
- Is the subject matter expert for the Apex model tenant configuration and overall direction of ST usage in alignment with business strategy, achieving high levels of certification and generally viewed as an industry expert
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a super user in Service Titan with a demonstrated understanding of the operational and customer experience impacts, with 7-15 years of residential trades experience
- Experience constructing and evolving ST instances based on business conditions, and leadership and user feedback
- Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory or training lead role creating strong ability to lead a team and training system champions
- Demonstrated ability to deliver proactive solutions options through business case scenarios that influence senior leadership thinking and enable optimal business results integrated across multiple Enterprise applications
- Proven ability to inspire action in others delivering QA results, alignment in tenant standards, and on-time delivery of projects
- Capable of building strong relationships with Partner teams at all levels, and influencing adoption of Best Practices across the organization
- 8 years of experience in technology management, system architecture, risk management and process documentation
- High motivated to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders leveraging strong communication and business partnership skills
Job Specifics:
- Location: Dallas, TX or Tampa, FL
- Schedule: Hybrid, 3 days in office/2 days hybrid weekly
- Travel: 20% - 40% to Partner locations, and for quarterly business review meetings
- Compensation: based on experience, base + bonus potential annually
