Solutions ConsultantDirect Hire/Full-TimeLocation: ChicagoSalary Target: $120k-140kMost important requirement of this role is to become a product expert of the SaaS solution. Learn how product works, how it can be configured and how to map the clients' requirements toour solution without any need for custom development.Facilitate the successful deployment and integration of the product into client operations.Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.• Experience in Solution Consulting or integration, within the technology or software industry.• Preference: experience/understanding of QSR industry,• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively• Experience conducting requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and interviews.• Ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions, leveraging product's features and functionalities to create tailored solutions• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to provide feedback on solution effectiveness• Change management strategies experience to support successful software adoption.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth environment• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.• Travel will be required to meet with Customers and attend industry events.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
