JOB SUMMARY: The Solutions Delivery Coordinator plays a crucial role in managing and executing complex professional services implementation projects. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of documentation and stakeholder communication. Reporting to the Manager of Solutions Delivery Enablement, this role serves as a critical link between sales, service delivery, and external partners.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: This position requires a high degree of independence and self-motivation. The successful candidate must be comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and documentation standards.
Project Management and Coordination: - Independently manage professional services implementation projects, including new solutions, upgrades, and preventative maintenance services
- Conduct thorough review of sales team handoffs, analyzing services contracts, order details, and shipping terms for accuracy and completeness
- Identify and resolve potential project obstacles proactively
- Interface with external project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success
- Coordinate and schedule all project-related communications, including phone calls, meetings, and onsite visits
Documentation and Process Management: - Create, modify, and maintain comprehensive project scope documentation and site surveys
- Collaborate with Solutions Delivery Enablement Manager to develop customized, detailed deployment plans for implementation projects
- Manage document templating for company-wide services communication and records
- Maintain and update department documentation to align with current software and hardware offerings
- Ensure proper cataloging and storage of all project documentation in records management systems
Resource Coordination and Partner Management: - Coordinate resource allocation across departments, managing both internal teams and external service partners
- Negotiate service partner services, including:
- Service rates and pricing structures
- Project timeline and service dates
- Terms and conditions
- Manage purchase orders for external partners
- Collect and review partner invoices
Financial Management: - Review and process professional services contracts
- Manage parts ordering and shipping logistics when required
- Handle invoice corrections and processing
- Recognize and record services revenue upon project completion
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take direction in a team environment
- Attention to detail, a professional attitude, and timely execution of tasks are paramount
- Ability to adapt to change and prioritize work assignments under pressure
- Ability to learn and convey technical concepts related to Spectra Logic products
Preferred Technical Qualifications: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Trello)
- Working knowledge of Infor LN and Dynamics CRM
- Familiarity with Clockify time tracking software •DocuSign experience
- Basic SQL querying skills
- Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack)
- Comfort with cloud-based project management tools
Preferred Knowledge: - Industry-related products and software solutions
- Cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Storage technologies including disk arrays and SAN solutions
- Tape storage technology and backup systems
- Data center operations
COMPENSATION: Hourly rate range: $26.44 to $27.88 per hour. While this hourly range is a good faith and reasonable estimate, a candidate's actual hourly rate will be competitive based on a variety of factors including the candidate's knowledge, skills, experience and location.
