Our client, a venture-backed construction tech startup, is revolutionizing the industry with their innovative integration platform. They're seeking a Solutions Engineer to join their dynamic team in San Francisco. This is a rare opportunity to join a profitable early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors (including YC and leading Silicon Valley VCs).

  • The Role: You'll be a crucial player in accelerating revenue growth, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead technical demos, support the sales process, and become the go-to expert for the product's technical capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical demos and follow-up conversations with prospective customers.
  • Develop and maintain sales collateral and product documentation.
  • Partner with Sales to address technical questions and handle objections.
  • Support customer onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Influence product roadmap based on customer feedback.
  • Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Product, or Engineering roles.
  • Strong technical aptitude (experience with APIs, SQL, Postman, or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Startup experience preferred (Seed/Series A/Series B).
  • Must be able to work in-person in San Francisco (5 days/week).
  • Compensation:

  • Base: $120k - $185k.
  • Equity: 0.05% - 0.20%.
  • Full benefits package.
