Role Description

This role is about helping customers adopt our technology in the best possible way to get maximum value. Working closely with our Customer Success Representatives, this role will engage with customers to understand their use case and context. You will also work with our Sales team to learn what prospects need to achieve and to recommend technological solutions within our platform based on those needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding customer use cases and contexts
  • Constructing implementation plans closely with the CSRs
  • Architected tailored solutions using the company's platform to effectively address customer needs.
  • Demonstrate product features and capabilities through presentations and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Answer technical questions to overcome objections during the sales cycle.
  • Contributing technical expertise to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company's product suite and its functionalities.
  • Creating detailed technical materials to support customer decision-making.
  • Gathering feedback from clients and communicating it to product development teams to improve solutions.

This role will work within Customer Success.

Salary = $75,000

Qualifications

  • Strong technical background in APIs, and/or system architecture.
  • Experience with programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of databases, DevOps practices, and security best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
  • Preferred: Certifications (AWS, GCP, CCNA) and prior experience in pre-sales or solution architecture.
